Source notes
Meant to be extra somber and lamenting. The trickiest part is when the bass hits the F on the first "love" and makes an Fmaj9 or C/F chord. If blasted, the bass has the risk of overworking to make himself heard. Instead of "LUHve" it rather should be a hybrid "lehve" and schwa-sounding "love"; create a bowl with the mouth so it sits better. Really, the upper voices ought to back off and the bass trust it's a whole step from the previous note. Also, make sure the bass' G comes in somewhat implicitly while dramatically holding the last chord. The last "true love" and low "love" act as faraway echoes for the effect. That being said, the tag doesn't end like it should--everybody's favorite tonic. Instead, it ends on an inverted version of the tonic + an 11 and a 9. Advanced jazz chord very fitting for the mood.
